PUT ON THE ARMOUR OF CHRIST AKA GOD

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.  11  Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. .12  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.	11 – The whole armor The armor is different because, in v12, the battle is different.    12 – Rulers of the darkness See jn1231; ep0202. The wickedness may be in places of authority or by leaders who pretend to sit with Christ presuming to have His authority. I prefer the latter.

It could also be the words of a prophet. The primary meaning is the Bible as defined in our verse.
