The Valley of Sorrow ~
Through the valley of sorrow,
God is taking me . . .
I know not the purpose
but, the future He sees.
Through the valley of heartache,
with grief as my load . . .
I know not the whys
but, God knows the road.
Through the valley of suffering,
I am being lead . . .
I know not the outcome
but, God knows what’s ahead.
Through the valley of pain,
with only tears in my sight
I know not the reason
but, God knows the fight.
Through the valley of sorrow,
God, I will follow Thee . . .
I care not the duration
for I know, You are with me!
